Details: Antique one-of-a-kind pendant featuring a perfect and usual garnet carbuncle (cabochon stone with a slight hollow in the back to emit light) in gold teardrop setting with enamel trim and a single white diamond. The piece is finished with delicate gold fringe.  Chain is sold separately.
