Antique Victorian 15k Etruscan Revival Snake Earrings
Details: Wonderfully old world and whimsical all at once, these gorgeous earrings are comprised of an open disc with an articulated sphere dangling from a snake's head ear hook.
Etruscan Style typically refers to 19th-century jewelry with design influences from Etrurian jewelry dating circa 7th to 3rd centuries BC. The jewelry is noted for granulation and applied filigree.
Measurements: The disc is just over 3/4" wide.The overall drop is 1 1/8".
Origin: English, c. 1860's- 1880's.
