Antique Victorian 18k Diamond & Turquoise Cabochon Ring
Details: Such a stylish piece, this Victorian 18k yellow gold ring features three cabochon turquoise stones in robin's egg blue, interspersed with six rose cut diamonds. The stone's are displayed in significant gold prong settings, giving the front of the ring strong vertical lines. The sides, in contrast, feature delicate scrollwork engraving.
Measurements: The ring size is an 8 and can be sized. The turquoise cabochons are 1/8" in diameter.
Origin: English, c. 1889. Hallmarks are quite clear with the exception of some wear on the date letter - a crown for England, 18k, an anchor for Birmingham, and the letter "P" for the year 1889.
