Images and styling from our website and blog may only be used or reposted if and only if credit is given to Metiersf.com.
Metier is a women's retail store with a carefully edited selection of accessories and jewelry from both new and established designers. We are offering these goods both online and in our retail location in San Francisco. We will do our best to represent up-to-date inventory numbers on the website. If for some reason the merchandise is not available at the time your order processes, we will notify you by email. Your card will not be charged until your order is filled. Please note that we try to accurately represent colors on our website. However, due to differences in computing hardware and software, the actual item color may vary slightly in appearance depending on the viewer's environment.

Orders are shipped within two business days or less. All expedited orders placed before 2 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please call us at 415 590 2998 should you require other arrangements.
All items are inspected carefully for quality before leaving our store. Should you receive an item that is not acceptable, please contact email@example.com immediately.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
For your security, orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address that we are able to verify independently. Your billing address must match your card's statement address and your name must be as it appears on the card. We also require accurate contact information. Inability to get approval for payment or verify addresses could cause delays in shipping.
Domestic (Continental U.S.) orders will ship UPS Ground or USPS from San Francisco and the shipping will be FREE.
Expedited domestic orders will be shipped UPS 3rd day, 2nd day or overnight with applied shipping rates.
A signature is required on all shipments over $500. All shipments will be insured for the value of the merchandise. Please see guidelines for expedited rates here.
We are happy to ship to a non-US address provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International. Arrival dates for international orders will be approximately 10 -14 days from the placement of the order. Duty will be charged depending on the country in which you reside. Metier is NOT responsible for the payment of these charges.

If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes and duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Price varies by country please contact us regarding details.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once the package is ready to be shipped out.
Orders are shipped from San Francisco and residents of California will pay state sales tax of 8.75%.
Please note a gift by checking the gift purchase box. We will enclose a gift receipt and elegantly gift-wrap your package free of charge unless otherwise specified.
Metier is not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Metier will exchange or refund any full price, unworn merchandise within 20 days of the date your order was placed. The date will be on the top of your enclosed invoice and the goods must be received back at Metier within those 20 days. Merchandise received past the 20-day window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returned items should be in their original packaging or box.
Please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization form. Please fill in the reason for the return on the form. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs or insurance.
Please pack the items you are returning carefully so that they are not damaged during the return shipping process, and insure the package for the value of the merchandise. Please enclose a copy of your receipt.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
All refunds are made to the original form of payment. It may take up to 15 days to reflect the credit on your statement depending on your credit card and/or bank.
We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements, in which case the items may be returned to the client.
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange. We will create a Metier account for you and the amount of the gift return will automatically be subtracted from your next purchase.
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the goods. Metier will pay for return shipping and provide you with an electronic return label by email and either ship you the correct item or refund your money.

Metier will be happy to adjust a full price item for the sale price if purchased within 5 days of the commencement of the sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 5 days of the sale's start date. A store credit will be issued for the adjustment and applied to your Metier account.
We do not make price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale, nor do we make adjustments on temporary markdowns.
