Details: A stellar Wilhelm Stoll 14k oval gold bangle bracelet with a very fine emerald-cut green tourmaline center stone and four princess-cut side stones. The bracelet's linear pattern features a contrast between shiny and matte gold panels and the richly hued gemstones. The bangle is hinged and the tongue and box closure fastens with a satisfying snap and features a safety chain.

This is a beautifully made and chic bracelet that is quite elegant in design. It would be a fabulous addition to a jewelry lover's collection and is a rare and unusual piece.

Measurements: About 1/2" tall and 7" around the inside. The bangle fits a medium wrist. The tourmalines are estimated to be about 8 carats total.

Origin: German Hallmarks, c. 1930, signed Wilhelm Stoll. Wilhelm Stoll attended the School of Arts and Crafts in Pforzheim from 1926-28. He worked as a freelance artist in Leipzig, where he passed the master's examination as a silver and goldsmith in 1935. In 1937 he received a gold medal at the Paris World Exhibition.
